How do I rent a dress?
1. Browse through Glow’s collection of dresses.
2. Book an appointment to try your chosen dress on.
3. Hire the dress for your event, soak up the compliments and feel amazing.
4. Return the dress within 5 days and I’ll do the rest!
Can I try on a dress before hiring?
How long can I hire a dress for?
Dresses are borrowed for a 5 day rental period. Your 1st day of rental is considered to be the date you pick the dress up from the Glow showroom.
How do I return my dress?
Just drop it back to Glow Maternity no later than your 5th day of hire (we’ll send you a reminder the day before). There is no need to dry clean the dress; I take care of all of that for you!
What if I return my dress late?
Unfortunately, late returns will be charged an additional full rate hire fee.
Can I book a dress in advance of my special event?

We understand things change or you simply change your mind, get in touch and let me know.
Glow Maternity Dress Hire reserves the right to cancel any booking up to 24 hours before the customer’s event date. This is only in very rare circumstances when dresses are damaged, lost, stolen or returned back late by the previous client. I always strive to replace dresses; however, Glow will not be responsible for any costs incurred if I have to cancel a client’s hire.
What if I need the dress tomorrow?
What sizes do you stock?
Currently my collection ranges in size 8 to 16. However, as my collection expands I plan to ad more sizes.
Do I need to clean the dress before I return it?
No, I will take care of the dry cleaning for you when it is returned to the Glow showroom.
What happens if I damage or stain the dress?
I understand some wear and tear may be inevitable, and as such the refundable $50 bond will cover these types of accidents.
We request a refundable $50 bond for each dress hire which allows for minor mishaps. In the rare occasion that the repair cost is over $50, I will ask you to pay the difference. For example, if the repair cost is $100, I will ask you to pay $50.
What to bring on the day of collection?
I require a $50 refundable deposit for each item hired. This can be paid via direct deposit 24hrs prior to dress collection or cash on the day of collection. A photograph of your photo ID and credit card will be taken upon collection of hire items and will be confidentially discarded once all items are returned and in good condition. In the event that the hired items are not returned; are returned damaged; are not repairable or incurs a late fee, Glow Maternity Dress Hire reserves the right to charge the hirers noted credit card for any loss incurred.
